WHAT DOES THE HOA AT SUGARHOUSE TOWNHOMES COVER?

The HOA at Sugarhouse Townhomes is $200 per month and covers maintenance and certain utilities, including water, sewer, trash, and insurance. Sugarhouse Townhomes is an all-electric development, so your only indidivual utility responsibilities are electricity with Rocky Mountain Power and Wi-Fi.
