Minimum Rental Requirement?

Sugarhouse Townhomes is approved for short-term rentals, thereby eliminating any minimum rental requirement. While leases are encouraged to be documented, the HOA currently does not require copies.

WHAT DOES THE HOA AT SUGARHOUSE TOWNHOMES COVER?

The HOA at Sugarhouse Townhomes is $200 per month and covers maintenance and certain utilities, including water, sewer, trash, and insurance. Sugarhouse Townhomes is an all-electric development, so your only indidivual utility responsibilities are electricity with Rocky Mountain Power and Wi-Fi.

who manages the hoa?

Considering that the community is limited in size with just a small close group of homeowners and there is very little exterior maintenance, the HOA is going to be managed by the homeowners on a volunteer basis until further notice.

WHEN ARE THE TOWNHOMES FINISHED?
